This is my first introduction my name is sully I been building my body since 4 month and progressing faster everyday i was 83 kilos and now im down to 74 and going to bulk on my way up i hope you can give some advice to progress faster and tell me what should i work on more often is it my chest or stomach exercises
Im pretty sure i been doing it really slow
