Sprints and bodybuilding seems somewhat counterproductive, but has anyone tried this? I did this a few years ago while I was leaner than normal, but had great results. Depending on the look you’re going for. My legs hurt like hell after squats and then trying to sprint, but my muscles felt harder than normal after a while and it shredded body fat like crazy. Obviously this wouldn’t work if you want freakish, but the athletic look I found it right on point.
