Ok guys, I need more power! This 302 just isn't cutting it. Just went to watch a PL meet and am amazed. The competitors and spectators were great and it was a awesome atmosphere! I'm going to try the 5-3-1 program and a journal here will yield the best feedback. So about me... I'm 5'6", 182lb, 35yr, 12-15 bf (guess),been lifting for 9 yr, never followed a program before. 1rm - squat/295, bench/275, dead/315, ohp/185
