Yo from Kent, UK

Been training on and off for a few years - mostly off with kids etc. I'm a fit and youthful 47 by the way.

I never managed to sustain the training, and never quite managed to ditch the gut or get numbers I wanted to see from my lifts. I was progressing, but very slowly, and it seems if I had to stop for injuries or overseas work travel, I lost my strength and put the kilos of fat straight back on.

I was resigned to this hard slog, and perhaps always having a bit of a pencil neck look...
