What's up?

Hello, i'm new here and i want to be a part of this commity! I'm 28yo, 190lb and 5'6
My goals: increase strength and gain muscles. Stats: deads 260lbs, squat 240lbs and bench 230lbs.
I'm gonna to talk with everyone and get new bodybuilding tips to achieve my goals and find new bb-involved friends! Thanks in advance
