Hello all. I been out of the loop for awhile but I was very active in the 2000's and came here because I was told this most ended up haha. I was on elite and on af board mainly. Looking for those familiar names, Ulter, MR BMJ, and the such. I still bodybuild, hopefully I bring some knowledge to the forum and keep leaning as always.
