Finished Dieting

So for now I think I'm done dieting. I don't really like being this weight. I'm currently 193lb. Its effecting my performance in the gym and in martial arts training. I was wanting to get some feedback on my proposed plan.

- I'm going to take a couple days and just eat whatever. (Not ridiculous, just enjoy a couple days off)

- Then I'm going to eat maintenance calories for 2 weeks

- Then 100 calorie increments based on the scale and what I look like. My goal is 220lbs slowly.
