Home brew supplies, looking for advice

So it's been about 2 years since I've home brewed and I'm about to do it up. I've always used Gso, eo, ba and bb.

I've been reading on using mct oil as a replacement and I'm wanting to go that route. Also, I've always just used the caulk gun and 45iu filters. I'm wanting to up my game and save my forearms and the added mess and just use autofil filters. Can anyone with experience tell me a cheap pump and setup they've used.
