My Carb Cycling Diet

I am currently on a carb cycling diet and when I am dieting properly, I stay in a slight caloric defecit. My low carb days are days off from training or light training days, and high carb days are my training days.

Here is what I am eating on my carb (training) days:

Breakfast:
2 cups oatmeal. No sweetener or fats. Salt to taste.

Lunch:
1.5 cups rice
8 oz chicken breast

Dinner:
1.5 cups rice
12 oz fish

Bedtime snack:
1 cup cottage cheese
