This must be a rite of passage.
I want to be the strongest, nerdiest fitness enthusiast you know.
I like to not skip legs.
I like eccentric focused training.
I'm hoping that spending time on this forum will serve me and perhaps serve others.
Treadmills are for bony girls and plus size women who don't like dieting.
It's all about the best tools for resistance training.
