Hello All,
I have been on the boards for over a decade. Was on Bolex in the old days, then went to GK's board. Finally I landed on a "veryy large" board that Lizard King and MikeRN are on. Right now I am not really lifting and mainly doing cardio and core work due to a bad shoulder but I have been in various aspects of the game for many years. I have heard good things so looking forward to learning and hopefully helping!
