Hey Guys,
When i last used insulin i used to do humulog pre and post workout at 10 ius each.
I would wake up at 4am, eat 1 cup of oatmeal with 3 tablespoons of honey, then i would inject go workout and sip on pineapple juice. i then had a post work out shake with carbs, protein, and eat after.
My thoughts are now to:
-wake up 4am, drink karbolyn, honey, hydro protein, creatine, bccaa's
-45 min after, inject and go train (still have pineapple juice intra)
-post work out have same type of...
